Capitol Square
The
Berkshire Housing Development Corporation reconfigured and renovated a
financially-distressed HUD 236 property into a modern, 68-unit
apartment complex for seniors. The property also contains ground-floor
commercial space. Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC)
provided a $6.8 million construction loan and a $6.2 million equity
investment.
