Kingsley Commons in Minneapolis, developed by CommonBond Communities, provides affordable, community-based independent living opportunities for persons with multiple sclerosis and similar illnesses. The project is located at 4550 Humboldt Avenue North.  The 45-unit development received $394,380 in Affordable Housing Incentive Fund funding in 2004 and 2005.

The Affordable Housing Incentive Fund (AHIF) Program was created by the Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Board of Commissioners to work with municipalities, other government and nonprofit agencies to encourage the preservation and creation of long-term affordable housing throughout Hennepin County.
