Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC) provided a $1.7 million
construction loan for this project, built under the State's Suburban
Rental Pilot Program Initiative. Fifteen units of affordable rental
housing were built on an 18,000 sq. ft. site within walking distance to
an elementary school. In addition to streamlining the process for
development of the project, the Town of Westford provided $250,000 of
CPA funds to help prepare the site to accommodate the project.
