The Village of Our Savior's Manor

Completed in 2003, The Village of Our Savior's Manor is conveniently located at the crossroad of Annapolis and Middlebelt in Westland, Michigan. A joint effort of The Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Lutheran Homes of Michigan and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, it is a community committed to offering affordable senior housing. The units are fully modern one-bedroom apartments, cable-ready, with wall-to-wall carpeting, individual heating and cooling, emergency call system, vertical blinds, and full size kitchen appliances. There are also available barrier-free apartments. Within the village are a large kitchen-equipped community room, barber/beauty shop, computer lab, library, and lounge areas. Residents 62 years of age or older and meeting the specified income limits pay rent based on 30% of adjusted gross annual income.
