The Village at the Crossing was designed to meet the needs of seniors in San Bruno, with 159 one-bedroom units, and 69 two-bedroom  units, all at varied affordability levels. The 228 units are entirely rental properties, with rents starting below $1000. The Village at the Crossing is a transit-oriented development meant to redefine the City of San Bruno. This community is part of the City of San Bruno’s larger plan to revitalize the surrounding neighborhood.

In May, 2007 The Village Crossing was awarded the Gold Nugget Award for “Best Senior Housing” at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC).
