Windrow Apartments is a multifamily housing development providing 96 units of affordable housing.  This rental community is situated near Highway 5, with a new shopping center having recently opened ¼ mile from the development. Other amenities include a basketball court, and an outdoor par course. Indoor parking for residents is provided as well as a swimming pool and playground. The 96 units are comprised of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with affordability tiers catering to tenants with 30% to 60% of AMI.Ten percent of the units are affordable for households below 30% AMI, 23% of the households are affordable for households below 50% AMI, and 67% of the units are affordable for households below 50% of the city’s median income.
